I would like to inform you that I have decided to sell and transfer our Marketing Area to Capitol Beverage Sales,
The Morrissey Family, effective March 17, 2017.

My decision to retire was truly a heartfelt and difficult decision. I am comfortable knowing the Morrissey Family
for many years. I am confident the transition will be a good one. Many from our Team will be transitioning with
the new Company and that gives me great comfort not only for them but also for you, our Customers.
